Cancellations and rescheduling There are no cost penalties for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. If you do need to change our plans, please provide as much notice as you can. Some clients will have reduced immunity or feel the effects of illness more significantly than others. Quotes, invoices and payment Different funding bodies have different requirements for quoting, invoicing and payment; the processes specific to your funding type can be discussed before your first appointment. If you are paying directly, Visa or MasterCard Credit cards payments can be made at the time of your appointment; you can also request an invoice and pay via direct debit.
